This remote internship program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field while working on real projects at Ryder. As a legal intern, you will develop key business skills, such as problem-solving, analysis, and public speaking, while attending business meetings and participating in projects. We are currently seeking interns at the graduate and undergraduate level in the Legal department. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, tracking and compiling policy information, and managing correspondence. You will also have the opportunity to work on ad-hoc projects and collaborate with various departments within the company. If you have experience with Microsoft Office and are a resourceful team player, we encourage you to apply for this internship opportunity. Applicants with knowledge or courses in the legal field, as well as those who are comfortable with public speaking and have the ability to quickly learn new technologies, are preferred. The internship will last for 8 weeks, with the potential for in-person meetings and activities if you are local to Miami HQ. The salary for this position is $18 per hour.
