Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of a minimum of 40 cases - Supervise designated support staff for your cases - Develop strategic plans to meet clients' needs and oversee litigation strategies - Represent clients in West Virginia's circuit court and federal court - Prepare legal documents and conduct legal research to support cases - Act as lead counsel in trials and arbitrations Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, particularly in high-stress situations - Strong knowledge of employment laws and procedures - Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and tact - Experience as first chair in jury trials - Licensed to practice law in West Virginia - Comfortable with utilizing technology in legal practice - Desire to assist clients during difficult times and improve their situations - Strong negotiation skills and ability to think on their feet in a courtroom setting - Willingness to travel for mediations and depositions across the state - Ohio licensure is preferred but not mandatory Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 yearly About **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, PLLC: **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, PLLC is a growing litigation law firm with a focus on family, employment, and personal injury cases.
