Trust Paralegal
Minneapolis, MN Trust Paralegal - Corporate Functions & Risk Department - Full Time Salary Range: $26.73 - $35.63 - $39.19 per hour Job Description: - Support in-house corporate and personal trust legal teams at U.S. Bank - Work independently but collaboratively in a fast-paced and collegial team environment - Monitor and route relevant communications within the Law Division and business lines - Track and monitor external counsel engagements related to account-level matters - Review, process, and analyze legal process served on trust entities within U.S. Bank - Respond to emails from digital and shared email mailboxes - Perform legal research on various trust related matters - Support numerous attorneys and their filing systems - Opportunities for cross-functional training and projects may be available Required Qualifications: - Paralegal certification from an accredited program or equivalent degree/experience - 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred - Familiarity with online court docketing systems, PACER, and Westlaw - Strong research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Commitment to client service and ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Why Work for U.S. Bank: - Wide range of opportunities to discover your potential and excel in your career - Hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives - Pro bono contributions and opportunities for legal professionals - Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, life insurance, retirement plans, and more U.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
