Our Impact

As an Associate in Enterprise Partnerships, you will join our Business Risk team and play a crucial role in identifying and managing operational risks across our Consumer businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, compliance, and enterprise risk teams, to ensure the best-in-class customer experience while also upholding a culture of risk management and compliance.

Your Impact

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the strategy for proactive risk identification and measurement, including gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing risk indicator data. You will also be responsible for identifying and assessing business risks and required controls, both on an ongoing basis and in response to issues, emerging risks, and changes in the business environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with enterprise risk teams to ensure that business line risks are appropriately identified, aggregated, and shared.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience, with an advanced degree (such as an MBA or JD) being a plus. You should also have at least 4 years of experience in leading Operational Risk, Compliance, and/or Control teams for consumer financial products. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders and counterparts across multiple functional areas.
