- Manage documents in electronic and paper format
- Coordinate attorney's daily schedule
- Screen and manage calls
- Organize onsite and offsite meetings
- Arrange travel for attorney
- Develop documents and presentations
- Ensure accurate file management
- Enter time and billing information
- Research new methods and technology for increased efficiency
- 5 years experience as an executive assistant supporting senior levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Experience supporting attorneys in private practice or corporate environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary Information:
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Experience Information:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior levels in the organization. Experience supporting attorneys in either private practice or corporate environment is preferred. A bachelor's degree is also preferred.
