Responsibilities:

- Respond to IT Help Desk requests through telephone, email, and in-person support
- Track all end-user support activities through the incident tracking system
- Diagnose and resolve network, printer, PC hardware, software, e-mail, Internet, and local-area network access problems
- Configure and maintain end-user PC desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Develop and maintain advanced proficiency with software and hardware
- Independently research and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, desktop/laptop hardware, and mobile devices
- Familiarity with videoconferencing equipment, document management systems, printers, mobile device management, and other legal software applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks under time constraints
- Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals, including troubleshooting complex configurations
