Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: 4 years of employment litigation experience

Responsibilities:
- Perform legal research and draft legal documents such as memoranda, motions, and pleadings
- Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations
- Provide counsel to clients on employment-law-related matters
- Communicate with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel
- Participate in attorney development programs and opportunities for writing, publishing, and speaking
- Embrace and promote diversity within the legal profession and workplace environments

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in good standing in Pennsylvania
- 4 years of experience in employment litigation
- Strong analytical and writing skills
