We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with at least five years of active civil litigation experience to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an ABA-Approved law school with excellent academic credentials, along with current Michigan Bar admission in good standing. The ability to manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing is essential for this role. Public entity defense experience is a plus, but not required. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to assist with a fast-paced trial docket and help grow our Grand Rapids office. Our practice areas include municipal law, insurance defense litigation, employment and labor law, and general litigation.
