Experience Information:

• College degree or equivalent in Business or Information Technology
• 5 years of experience working as an Application/Systems Administrator
• 2 years of experience working specifically within Financial systems/applications
• Experience with Aderant or Elite (Legal Technology) is a plus
• Experience working within the Legal Industry is a plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate meetings/discussion groups related to requirements definition/gathering, issue resolution, and process improvement
• Provide system maintenance, monitoring, business continuity, and problem resolution for the financial systems environment
• Ensure on-going support and maintenance of the various information systems including new systems, system upgrades, enhancements and consulting services
• Participate in monthly maintenance processes
• Manage application upgrades and other system changes
• Analyze system requirements and document technical specifications for all financial systems applications
• Maintain and develop technical documentation
• Troubleshoot and diagnose application issues
• Participate in the development of testing plans for introduction of new systems/technology, changes to existing systems/technology, and process automation
• Work with software vendors or internal resources to install, configure, and test applications
