Intake Office Coordinator

As the first point of contact for many clients, the coordinator must have a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills. With our mission to change lives through legalizing immigration status, we are expanding and looking for a talented individual to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client appointments, capturing payments, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will also have the opportunity to step in for intake interviews and support the intake team when needed. We value attention to detail and organization, and we will provide training on managing clients' fingerprints and requests. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client experiences with a positive attitude - Confirm and schedule client appointments - Manage walk-in traffic and scheduled appointments - Capture and process payments - Assist with intake interviews and support intake team - Maintain a professional and welcoming front lobby - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and copying Qualifications and Requirements: - Must be fluent in Spanish and English - 1-3 years of customer service experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Previous experience in a Law Firm is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and proactively Salary Information: The salary for this position is between $19-21 per hour.
