Job Title: Business & Corporate Transactions Attorney Job ID: 1014 Practice Area: Corporate & Business Transactions Location: Williamsburg Open Date: Wednesday, March 20, 2024 Job Description: - Provide legal advice to corporate clients on various matters including entity formation, key contracts, and purchase/sale of businesses. - Draft and negotiate transaction documents for mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate governance, and more. - Work closely with other teams in the firm's Business Group to meet client needs. Requirements: - Minimum of six years experience in a business transactions practice. - Strong drafting skills and ability to lead transactions from start to finish. - Understanding of corporate governance, financing, and tax aspects of transactions. - Experience working with various business entities and advising clients on legal matters.
