Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support to the Medical Affairs and Health Economics Outcomes Research organization.
- Counsel on a range of legal, regulatory and compliance issues including FDA regulations, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, HHS-OIG guidance, consumer protection, and competition law.
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to find solutions that meet business objectives while remaining compliant with laws and policies.
- Advise on key priorities for the Medical Affairs and HEOR organization, including medical and scientific engagement, evidence generation capabilities, and enterprise growth goals.
- Stay up to date on developments in healthcare laws and guidelines and proactively propose strategies to optimize outcomes and manage risk.
- Serve as a recognized source of innovative ideas and expertise in complex areas of law, business, or technology.
- Report to the Associate General Counsel, Specialty & Medical Affairs.

Qualifications:

- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to build partnerships.
- Strong organization and time management skills.

Salary Information:

- Salary range of $145,000 - $275,500.
- Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as location and job grade.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
- Eligible for short-term and long-term incentive programs.
