Private Companies Resource Attorney Digital Health

This attorney will work closely with the Private Companies and Digital Health attorneys to provide support and resources for their transactional and counseling work. The resource attorney will be responsible for drafting and managing templates and precedents, assisting with education and training, monitoring legal developments, and developing thought leadership content for external publications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a US corporate/transactional practice and a strong background in working with private companies. A background or interest in life sciences and/or digital health is preferred. This is a full-time position with an expected annual pay range of $220,000 - $350,000, depending on location and experience.
