KM Client Product Success Analyst - Providing Excellent Client Support for Law Firm Solutions

Position Summary:

Join the KM Client Solutions (KMCS) team within Ogletree's Knowledge Management department as a KM Client Product Success Analyst. This full-time role requires sound judgment and discretion, a client-focused mentality, and the ability to manage complex requests to quickly resolve issues or concerns. The successful candidate must reside in a state where the firm has a physical office and may work remotely.

Essential Functions:

- Manage client-facing solution requests to resolution, collaborating with firm departments and vendors
- Provide first-level customer support for attorneys and clients, including questions about products, subscriptions, and account management
- Create and implement product sunset plans, collect feedback and analyze client requests
- Support client solution initiatives and cross-train team members
- Maintain knowledge base and create FAQs
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Four-year college/university degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years working in professional services
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and project management tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of technology and digital products
- Analytical experience in interpreting user metrics
- Ability to exercise good business judgment and make well-reasoned independent decisions
- Highly accountable, self-driven, highly motivated, and innovative
- Problem-solving mentality, experience using internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow-through
- Familiarity with Project Management techniques and documentation

Salary Information:

- Colorado: $64,350 - $78,650
- New York City: $63,900 - $78,100
- California: $59,800 - $94,820
- Washington: $66,060 - $80,740
