In this role, you will be responsible for managing a case load, including litigation experience in State and/or Federal Court. You will also have the opportunity to work on deposition, drafting motions, discovery requests, and trial preparation and support. Additionally, candidates with knowledge or experience in economics, marketplace trends, business strategy, or other business acumen will be highly valued.
