Are you a highly motivated and qualified Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience? Do you have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for a positive career trajectory? In this role, you will be responsible for managing a case load, including litigation experience in State and/or Federal Court. You will also have the opportunity to work on deposition, drafting motions, discovery requests, and trial preparation and support. Additionally, candidates with knowledge or experience in economics, marketplace trends, business strategy, or other business acumen will be highly valued.

Judicial clerks are preferred, and candidates must be currently licensed in North Carolina, or have a UBE transferable score from another state.
