Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal support to K-12 schools and community colleges in a variety of operational issues, with a focus on Labor & Employment law. - Collaborate with colleagues in multiple practice areas, including Students & Public Agency Governance. - Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide counsel to clients. - Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings and trials. - Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments in the education sector.
