- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 and prior work experience in a role involving problem-solving, critical thinking, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Master the fundamentals and intricacies of law firm pricing and associated operations and analysis.
- Problem-solve to address pricing-related inquiries from within and outside the firm.
- Provide financial analysis of the firm's legal practice groups and other aspects of operations.
- Produce standardized and ad hoc monthly and quarterly management reports and presentations.
- Grow knowledge base and responsibility over time in all aspects of the firm's financial management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
- Prior work experience in a role involving problem-solving, critical thinking, and financial analysis preferred.
- Ability and drive to identify and analyze issues and work towards solutions.
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask effectively while maintaining work quality.
- Ability and desire to independently manage tasks, functions, or projects from beginning to end.
- Acute attention to detail and work product.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MSExcel, including experience with pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas.
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA, or demonstrated ability to learn and use programming languages, is a plus.
