Summary:

ABB is seeking an experienced Integrity Operations Manager to join their global team and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives. As the IOM, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing an integrity operations program for the Motion Business division. This role also involves serving as the MO Program Manager for the Integrity Transformation at MO. The position reports to the MO Head of Integrity and can be based in any of ABB's global locations.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement a robust and effective integrity operations program for the Motion Business division
- Coordinate with all divisions to ensure timely completion of obligations, tasks, and activities related to the Integrity Transformation program
- Analyze available data sources to derive Integrity Insights and propose actions to be taken
- Design and deliver relevant trainings for effective deployment and monitoring of Integrity Trainings within MO
- Serve as the interface with the Group Head of Integrity Operations Team and assess and develop appropriate technology, tools, and solutions for effective due diligence, screening, and reporting
- Prepare reports on all aspects of the Integrity Operations program for the MO leadership team
- Provide regular reports to the MO Business Area management and the ABB Group on integrity matters and Integrity Transformation activities
- Continuously assess and measure the program's effectiveness and make necessary changes, while leading and guiding users of the tools and processes

Requirements:

- Law degree or degree in accounting/audit
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in legal and integrity
- Familiarity with integrity and compliance legal issues in both common law and civil legal systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build and lead a high-performing team
- Project management experience, Six Sigma certification, and change management experience preferred
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions
- Fluent in English, additional language skills preferred
- Proficient in MS Office tools
