Law Firm is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager with extensive experience in Workday to lead and maintain our HR technology and applications. This is a unique opportunity to work with a top-ranked firm and make a real impact on our talent management and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and optimize the firm's HRIS system (Workday) through configuration, integration, testing, and reporting.
- Develop a dashboard model for key talent metrics to provide meaningful information to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Analyze data and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Manage permissions and security access for all HRIS users.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments for HRIS data, reporting, and integrations.
- Generate reports and develop automated and standardized reports for key stakeholders.
- Conduct training for new system users and create training materials and user guides.
- Stay updated on current trends in HRMS and apply key technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in HRIS configuration, management, support, and maintenance.
- Extensive experience with Workday is required.
- Project management and implementation experience is a plus.
- Strong technical skills and ability to translate user requirements.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.

Salary Information:
- Expected salary range for this position in Westchester County is $160,000 - $190,000.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Experience Information:
- 10 years of experience in HRIS configuration, management, support, and maintenance.
- Extensive experience with Workday is required.
- Project management and implementation experience is a plus.
- Law firm experience is preferred, but not required.

Location:
- Hybrid position, with the option to work remotely and in our West Harrison office in New York.
