Are you a Patent Agent with a background in electrical engineering or biotechnology? This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about innovation and have a strong understanding of the patent process.

Essential Functions:

- Work closely with inventors to identify patentable inventions and assist in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
- Conduct thorough research on current patented technologies to better serve our clients and ensure patentable work.
- Collaborate with our patent team to draft patent applications and track the application process from start to finish.
- Conduct ability searches regularly and provide solutions to client challenges.
- Respond to office actions and correspond with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
- Meet billable hour requirements consistently.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
- Master's degree or PhD preferred.
- USPTO registration required.
- 3 years of professional experience in patent law.
