Litigation Associate Attorney
Asheville, NC Job Summary The Litigation Associate Attorney will handle all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial or resolution. This includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, conducting discovery, and appearing in court. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense and be licensed to practice in North Carolina.
