Gravis Law is currently seeking an experienced Attorney II to join our team. As a mid-level attorney with 4-6 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work in a self-directed environment with plenty of support and autonomy. Responsibilities:

- Mediation and trial experience
- Researching and analyzing complex legal issues
- Writing legal documents such as memorandums, briefs, and letters
- Maintaining a professional attitude and discretion with sensitive information
- Communicating effectively with clients, court members, and colleagues
- Managing a high volume of cases and maintaining strong organizational and time management skills
- Marketing services to potential clients
- Performing due diligence in legal matters, such as contracts and mergers and acquisitions
- Actively participating in brand expansion through social media, blogs, and community involvement
- Advising and communicating with clients
- Other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal research abilities
- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
- Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state of practice
- 4-6 years of experience as an attorney

The Attorney II position requires an average of 1500 billable hours annually, with collections expected on 1400 hours of invoices worked. This translates to an average of 30 billable hours per week for a full-time schedule.

Compensation:

Annual Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 based on experience
