Job Description:

- Hybrid full-time salaried position with HR benefits
- Assist in management and supervision of eDiscovery matters, privilege reviews, transactional due diligence projects, research projects, and other assigned tasks
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Georgia and live/work in Georgia
- Evaluation based on technical expertise, leadership and management skills, experience with eDiscovery, knowledge of privilege reviews, and specialized legal skills/background
- Billable hours expectation of 1,800

Essential Duties:

- Coordinate with Alston Discovery leadership and internal/external Client Teams
- Assist in developing protocols and workflows for analysis of electronic data
- Manage and supervise document reviews, legal research, and other projects
- Perform 2nd tier review or quality control on document review
- Perform and supervise privilege reviews
- Assist client teams in developing witness files, timelines, and other materials
- Maintain confidentiality of client matters
- Maintain accurate time entry records
- Follow Firm's policies and procedures, including best practices

Skills Needed to be Successful:

- Superior legal analysis skills
- Experience with litigation technology, advanced analytics, and project management tools
- Ability to manage and supervise numerous attorneys in discovery and production of documents and data
- Ability to track, evaluate, and provide feedback to improve performance
- Ability to manage e-discovery requests and train new attorneys on policies and procedures
- Ability to supervise and manage foreign language document reviews
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Flexibility and responsiveness to assist with immediate requests

Education and Experience:

- Juris Doctorate degree
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia
