PwC's International Tax Services team provides global tax solutions for clients, managing global tax rates and responding to regulatory inquiries. The team works closely with the PwC Client Services team to advise clients on tax laws, reporting, and planning strategies. As a Senior Manager, you will work with a team of problem solvers to solve complex business issues and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Responsibilities:
- Encourage open communication and opinions from all team members
- Effectively handle ambiguous and unstructured problems
- Initiate coaching conversations at all levels
- Navigate cross-border and diverse teams and engagements
- Build trust through open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

As an international tax M&A Senior Manager, you will work with multinational corporations, private equity firms, and private companies on tax aspects of deals, including conducting due diligence, analyzing cross-border tax issues, and assisting with post-deal structuring and exit scenarios.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- CPA or other relevant certification required
- Preferred: Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Familiarity with a CRM system preferred

Preferred skills and knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of assisting companies and investment firms with cross-border M&A transactions
- Prior tax due diligence experience
- Knowledge of public accounting practices, law firms, or corporate tax departments of multinational companies
- Ability to analyze structural realignment, cash and financial statements, and improve tax efficiencies in an M&A context
- Experience managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and billing
- Ability to prepare and coordinate complex written and verbal materials
- Proven track record as a team leader, including coaching and providing feedback
- Familiarity with automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Knowledge of pricing strategy and alternative fee arrangements.
