As a Legal Assistant (Client Intake Specialist), your responsibilities will include frequent telephone and email contact with potential clients, gathering information to determine if the case meets the firm's criteria, and managing the beginning stages of the client relationship. You will also use case management software, pay attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment, and provide outstanding customer service to potential clients. To excel in this role, you will need excellent customer service skills, attention to detail in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, and the ability to conduct yourself with utmost professionalism. A high school degree is required and some administrative assistant duties may be needed. This entry-level position is full-time, on-site, and entails 40 hours per week. In addition to a competitive salary of $16.00 an hour, Nyman Turkish offers a bonus structure that allows for an additional $1000-$4000 a month on top of your hourly wage. After 90 days, bonuses will be retroactively applied, bringing your hourly wage to $22.00.
