Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Alabama. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a firm that is dedicated to protecting the people and making a difference in the lives of millions of Americans.

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with lawyers, presenting our value proposition, and educating them on the services and opportunities offered by Morgan & Morgan. Your goal will be to build a strong book of business and generate a significant number of leads.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize daily and weekly schedule, including setting up meetings with new law firms and following up with active and prospective accounts
- Utilize oversight to ensure leads are being handled effectively
- Attend sales meetings, events, and internal training sessions
- Acquire a high volume of leads
- Maintain strong relationships with all accounts and referral partners
- Prospect and meet with firms in person on a daily basis
- Consistently exceed expectations and goals
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Stay informed about industry and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- If located in Florida, must be a licensed attorney
- 3 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, preferably in Legal Sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to use financial data to inform decisions
