Litigation Associate
Los Angeles, CA Law Firm Seeks Experienced Litigation Associate in Los Angeles The Litigation Department at JMBM, a reputable law firm in Los Angeles, is seeking an associate with at least 4 years of broad-based litigation experience. We are looking for a candidate with strong research, analytical, and drafting skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate should also have experience arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for trial. Specific experience in commercial litigation, including breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, and/or breach of fiduciary duty, is preferred. A strong academic record and admission to the California Bar are required. Previous experience at a large law firm is a plus. Salary Information: - The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including qualifications, years of relevant experience, and experience in the legal industry. - As of the date of posting, JMBM reasonably expects to pay between $230K and $270K for this position.
