PwC is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions practice, a specialized team within our Tax Services department. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, providing strategic consulting and advisory services related to complex partnership structures and transactions. As a Senior Manager, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, using your expertise to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include encouraging team members to share their opinions, effectively managing ambiguous situations, and initiating open and candid coaching conversations. You will also be expected to contribute your technical knowledge in the area of partnership structures and transactions, and uphold our firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Our Tax Services department combines technical knowledge and industry insights with the One Firm knowledge to meet our clients' needs. We are looking for a Senior Manager who is familiar with US tax code sections and regulations related to partnership structures, and has experience in consulting and modeling for IPOs, M&A, and equity transactions. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and a CPA or Bar membership. We are also open to considering candidates with other business-related degrees, such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, or Quantitative Finance. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting and compliance related to partnership structures and transactions is required for this role.
