Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state. - 10 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation and/or within the transportation industry. - Strong knowledge of contract law. - Must have strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with As400 is an asset. Special Skills: - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly. As the Corporate Counsel for our leading transportation company, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice, risk management, and support across all aspects of our business.
