Role Summary

As an Associate/Senior Associate in our Corporate Division, you will be responsible for delivering excellent legal services to clients, advising on M&A and equity investment transactions, and handling general corporate finance work. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, build relationships, and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Tasks

• Manage workload efficiently and effectively to meet client and firm objectives.
• Take on a client-facing role in transactions and maintain client relationships.
• Build strong connections within the Scottish business community.
• Contribute to the work of other team members.
• Support marketing initiatives and attend networking events.
• Participate in training and development activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4 to 8 years PQE with Corporate experience.

Person Specification

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Personable and able to build and maintain client relationships.
• Confident and self-motivated.
• Committed to providing a positive client experience.
