We are currently seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join our Private Client division and specialize in Asset Protection. Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters related to Wills, tax and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and complex executries - Draft legal documents for all of the above mentioned matters - Offer technical guidance on succession and tax planning - Effectively manage own caseload while working closely with Partners and as part of a large team - Contribute to the success of the division - Support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to sell the services of the firm - Deliver technical training within the division as needed Qualifications and Experience: - 5 years of PQE - Proven track record in delivering clear and concise technical advice to clients - Ability to take responsibility for own clients and manage cases with guidance from Partners - Proactive in financial control of own matters - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously - Personable and able to build and maintain client relationships - Confident and self-motivated - Committed to providing exceptional client experience We are happy to consider candidates looking for a part-time position and we are committed to providing equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
