Overview:

We are looking for a diverse and driven legal intern to join our team in New York City for the summer of 2024.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting commercial and digital agreements
- Conducting research on legal issues relevant to the media industry
- Assisting with litigation efforts
- Other hands-on and real-world projects as assigned

Qualifications:

- Must be a member of a historically underrepresented population in the legal profession
- Must be a first or second-year law student in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school in the United States
- Strong academic performance in college and law school
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in the media industry

Program Details:

- Duration: 11 weeks
- Dates:
- Option 1: June 3rd – August 16th
- Option 2: June 10th – August 23rd
- Expected work hours: 35-40 hours per week (hybrid capacity)
- Paid internship with a competitive hourly wage
- Credit can be provided if desired
- $10,000 scholarship awarded to the intern
- Interviewing will take place from March through mid-April
