Bilingual Paralegal
Englewood Cliffs, NJ Fluency in Spanish preferred; Law Firm Seeking Bilingual Paralegal with Administrative Responsibilities The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is currently seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join our team. As a Bilingual Paralegal, you will play a critical role in assisting our attorneys with client intake and handling high volume phone lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. This is a full-time position with the option for part-time hours as well. Responsibilities: - Assist attorney with client intake and handling high volume phone lines - Respond to client inquiries and direct to attorney as necessary - Maintain a well-organized and neat reception area - Process mail and deliveries - Collaborate with Operations Team on various administrative projects - Greet and check-in firm guests and vendors in a friendly manner - Prepare new client files accurately and neatly - Provide back-up support as needed Qualifications: - Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Client-first work ethic - Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel and external clients - Attention to detail - Experience in preparing immigrant and non-immigrant visas preferred - Fluency in Spanish preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with office machinery Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Vacation time and lunch provided - Visa sponsorship available To Apply: If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
