Law Firm Seeking Associate Attorney with 1-3 Years Experience in Auto Torts & Insurance Defense

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Job Title: Associate Attorney – Auto Torts / Insurance Defense
Experience: 1-3 years in auto torts practice
Location: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury and property damage cases in South Carolina State and Federal courts
- Handle defense of auto and trucking related tort actions
- Develop and execute service strategies for clients
- Interact with clients, outside vendors, and the Court(s) in a professional and ethical manner
- Interpret laws and apply them to specific situations
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
- Manage an independent case load from inception through trial
- Meet billing and collection requirements as determined by Principle Attorney

Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in the state of South Carolina
- 1-3 years of experience in auto torts practice
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle cases independently
- High degree of professionalism and ethical integrity
