Business Immigration Coordinator
Washington, DC Business Immigration Coordinator - Law Firm - Washington, DC As a Business Immigration Coordinator at Fragomen, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and diverse team of legal professionals who are dedicated to providing world class client service and industry leading technology solutions. You will play a critical role in supporting our legal teams by providing project and administrative support, managing billing, handling time tracking and data entry, and assisting with case management. This is a full-time position located in Washington, DC, and is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Bachelor's degree and experience in customer facing environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage billing, including time tracking, data entry, and client invoicing Sort and distribute mail, review scanned mail and distribute to relevant team members, and print and package filings for shipment Track and record deadlines, assist with document production, organize client correspondence, proofread and finalize documents, and provide summaries of client calls Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, resolving tech issues, formatting documents and photos, sending out documents for translation/evaluation, creating and submitting expense reports, and printing jobs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Attention to detail and productivity Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Desire to contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate effectively with team members Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Willingness to take on any task, no matter how small Experience in customer facing environments Benefits: At Fragomen, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits, including 22 PTO days, federal holidays, medical, dental, and vision plans, FSA and HSA plans, a 401K plan with company matching, and more.
