Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research with guidance from attorneys and paralegals - Process client billing using daily time records - Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts - Proofread documents for accuracy - Schedule meetings and appointments for the team - Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the firm - Communicate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and clients - Organize files and upload documents to matter management systems - Provide excellent customer service to all parties involved - Work in a digital environment with PDFs and other digital formats - Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Collaborate with attorneys and staff as a team Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED - Associate Degree or higher preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software - Familiarity with legal terminology and documents - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in the legal industry is highly desired - Valid Nevada Driver's License may be required Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 depending on experience.
