Responsibilities: - Client intake through claim resolution - Litigation and trial experience - Case management, negotiation, and settlement experience - Supervising a team consisting of a paralegal and legal assistant Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience - Active member of the Washington State Bar in good standing - Personal injury experience - Strong supervisory skills Compensation: - GLP Attorneys determines compensation based on local, national, and industry-specific data. - Salaries are competitive and based on location, experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. - Bonuses are awarded based on performance and can exceed 100% of base salary. - The base pay range for a case managing Associate - Senior Associate Attorney in Western Washington is $82K - $100K.
