This position is responsible for overseeing collections for the firm and is a crucial role in maintaining the financial strength of the firm. As a Client Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to interact with clients, attorneys, and staff on a daily basis regarding any issues with invoices, audits, or billing matters. You will also provide ad-hoc reporting to attorneys and clients, manage and track client receivables, and ensure compliance with client guidelines and agreements. This position requires strong decision-making skills, effective communication, and the ability to work autonomously.
