Responsibilities: - Lead client relationships and provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry specific clients ranging from middle market to multinational - Consult on technical tax matters and special projects, including researching various tax matters and making recommendations to clients - Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complicated tax matters - Manage client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met - Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue - Invest in your own professional development and support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy - Maintain a work-life balance through team outings and social activities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, or a similar degree in business, with a CPA or JD required - At least 8 years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm - Strong management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills - Ability to lead and supervise others and provide exceptional client service - Highly proficient in software and Microsoft Suite - Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred Join the team at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** and experience the benefits of working for a leading CPA advisory firm with a focus on employee development and work-life balance.
