The Senior Counsel, Corporate & Commercial Transactions will be a key member of Unilever's North America legal team, responsible for providing legal support and advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work with dynamic teams and contribute to the success of well-loved global brands.

H1: Senior Counsel, Corporate & Commercial Transactions at Unilever

H2: Job Description:

- Provide legal advice and transactional support to various teams within Unilever, including Customer Development, Procurement, Operations, and Data & Analytics
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service, supply, manufacturing, and distribution agreements
- Manage real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and conducting legal due diligence
- Work with cross-functional partners to develop and implement contracting guidelines and processes
- Stay updated on relevant legal trends and developments

H2: Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state, and eligible to practice as in-house counsel in the state of New Jersey
- 6 years of experience in general corporate and transactional law, with some in-house experience preferred
- Experience with licensing and sponsorship is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of work product
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Strong business judgment and ability to assess legal risk while providing practical and strategic advice
- Commitment to continuous learning and high energy level

H2: Salary and Benefits:

- Pay range of $138,900 to $208,300
- Bonus eligible
- Long-Term Incentive eligible
