The Associate General Counsel, Enterprise Risk Management, Director will play a critical role in managing and advising on complex litigation and regulatory compliance for 3M. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and innovative team of legal professionals, providing support and guidance to the company and its leaders. The role requires a Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, with a preference for environmental litigation experience. The Director will be responsible for managing outside counsel, advising on litigation and risk, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Enterprise Risk Management team.
