Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their growing practice in Jersey City, NJ. This role will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation and requires an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association with a law degree from an accredited school. The salary range for this position is $125,000-$300,000 DOE and offers excellent benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents
- Client communication and guidance through the case process
- Interaction with expert witnesses
- Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar Association
- Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
