As a Trainee Legal Assistant, you will work alongside lawyers and legal support staff, making a real impact on people's lives.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare legal documentation and correspondence, including court documents
- Manage incoming inquiries and assist or transfer calls as necessary
- Diary management
- Liaise with clients, both internal and external
- Open new files and file court documents
- Assist with administrative duties as needed

Experience:

- Extensive experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, preferably within a law firm
- Knowledge of the legal industry, specifically in Road/Work injuries, is desirable
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously or as part of a team
- Enthusiasm and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and use judgement in escalating issues to a supervisor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
