Summary: The Alliances Manager at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Legal & Professional is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition or partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires experience in negotiating and executing corporate partnerships and licensing agreements, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will also have a JD or MBA.
