Sr Counsel
Dublin, CA Summary: - The company, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, is a leading menswear retailer in the U.S. and Canada with a focus on suits, business casual clothing, and tuxedo rentals. - They are currently seeking a Senior Counsel to join their Corporate Legal team in Dublin, California. - The Senior Counsel will provide legal counsel and support for commercial contracting and real estate activities. - This role will report to both the VP, Contract Counsel and Senior Director, Real Estate Counsel. - The Senior Counsel will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents, as well as providing legal advice for various business transactions. - They will also work closely with other departments, such as Real Estate, Procurement, and Construction and Facilities, to provide legal support and advice. - The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school, and at least 6 years of experience working with a public company or mid to large sized law firm. - They should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong business acumen. - This role offers a starting salary of $104,300-139,000, with potential for increase based on merit and length of service, as well as other benefits such as healthcare, retirement savings, and work-life balance programs. - The Senior Counsel will be expected to work 40 hours per week, either from a hybrid office location or remotely. - This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference, be part of a great team, and grow in their career. |
