Duties and Responsibilities

As an experienced paralegal, you will be responsible for various tasks to support attorneys in divorce and family law cases. Your duties will include:

Organize and Analyze Discovery Documents: You will be responsible for organizing and analyzing discovery documents, which are crucial pieces of evidence in divorce and family law cases.

Draft Simple Pleadings, Letters, Demands, and Responses: You will use your strong writing skills to draft simple pleadings, letters, demands, and responses as needed in divorce and family law cases.

Obtain Documents from Clients: You will communicate with clients to obtain necessary documents for their cases and ensure all documents are accurately and timely filed.

Qualifications
