Dynamic Call Center Specialist

As a Call Center Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting the daily operations of our firm. You will have the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the legal field.

Your main responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, opening and closing client files, and performing general office duties. In addition, you may also have the opportunity to cover our reception desk during lunch hours, showcasing your versatility and adaptability. With your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that every interaction with clients is handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

● At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center setting. Previous experience in a law firm is a plus.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive calls with professionalism.

● Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your tasks.

● Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with Google Sheets and Drive, Salesforce, and Zendesk, or similar programs.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, handling multiple responsibilities with ease.
