Job Title: Training and Development Coordinator
Experience: At least 3 years of training experience required
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Law firm seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to contribute to the success of their practitioners and legal support staff. This full-time position will report to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with the Operations teams. The successful candidate will have experience with virtual classroom training and developing recorded, self-managed programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and communication with managers and employees
- Create and present various forms of training for employees and managers
- Develop unique training programs to maintain or improve job skills
- Utilize various training methods such as group discussion, lecture, and online tests
- Maintain records of training activities and evaluate program effectiveness
- Stay updated on the latest trends in training and development
- Prepare and implement training budget
- Ability to travel between Gravis locations (10%)

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient with multimedia training platforms
- Ability to research and evaluate training options
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel between locations

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training and Development, or related field
- At least 3 years of training experience
- Experience with law firm training preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Standard office and remote work environment
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Occasional weekend and holiday work
- On-call availability
- Some overnight travel may be required
