Employment Litigation Associate
Saint Thomas, VI The law firm of Ogletree Deakins is currently seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in St. Thomas, United States. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor and be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the US Virgin Islands. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, including conducting and defending depositions, representing employers in administrative agencies and trials, and preparing and arguing dispositive motions. The candidate must also have excellent writing and analytical skills and be able to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.
