Responsibilities: - Provide first impression of the firm by being the first point of contact for potential clients - Gather information from callers and use critical thinking skills to determine prospective cases - Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, making outbound calls, touching base with internet leads, and following up with potential clients - Ensure calls are appropriately followed through by the Attorneys - Play a vital role in providing new clients with excellent customer service - Maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures - Prioritize tasks effectively and function under pressure from deadlines - Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and fellow staff - Collaborate with team members to provide the best service for clients - Maintain strict confidentiality Qualifications: - Excellent computer and typing skills, minimum of 45 wpm - Excellent speaking and grammatical skills - Urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service - Bilingual (Spanish speaking required) - 1-2 years of customer service experience - Sales experience - Legal experience - Knowledge of medical terminology Are you a self-directed individual with a positive, can-do attitude?
